At The Puzzler Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your jigsaw puzzle order, we offer a 30-day return policy, in line with UK consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on where to send the item.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect jigsaw puzzle, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made jigsaw puzzles, may not be eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
